I’m Bassem Fawaz — a digital strategist and enterprise architect, moving between Cologne, Barcelona, Dubai and Riyadh. For 20+ years I’ve led integration, AI and transformation programmes inside Volkswagen Financial Services, Deutsche Bahn, DB Schenker, Bayer, University Hospital Zürich and many more.
I sit equally in the boardroom and in the architecture diagram. The strategy I shape is grounded in what’s genuinely buildable; the systems I design exist to serve a clear business outcome — not the other way around.
As founder of devtech.pro and several products of my own, I know what it takes to move an idea from whiteboard to live platform — and I bring that founder’s urgency into every engagement.

Al Nasr Club, Dubai
Rolling out MyClubAcademy at Al Nasr — rethinking how sports academies administer their work so coaches gain time and more talents surface.
USZ — University Hospital Zürich
Stood up the hospital’s Integration CoE on MuleSoft, defined best practices and governance, and planned the migration from SAP PI to an API-led architecture.
DB Schenker
Delivered EDI, API and ESB integration across air & ocean logistics systems — co-building an iPaaS that automated services while keeping integrations seamless.
Volkswagen Financial Services
Owned the MuleSoft Platform-as-a-Service and led its rollout across 18 countries — defining SLAs, shared-responsibility models, governance and cost optimisation worldwide.
Deutsche Bahn (DB Systel)
Migrated on-premise data centres to AWS and architected the integration platform on TIBCO (ESB, SOA, EMS, BW) — with automated, self-provisioning environments for the business.
Bayer AG (Vital & HealthCare)
Built CRM and data-integration solutions across Salesforce, Veeva and IBM WebSphere — transforming and routing data between partner systems, SAP iDocs and the cloud.
