The platform that fits a 200-vehicle utility company is not the platform that fits a 50-surveyor city authority. I structure the decision against your actual operations, not the analyst quadrant.

Operational rollout — the hard part is the change management, not the deployment. Drivers, dispatchers, field surveyors, frontline supervisors — each has a different relationship with the software. The rollout that does not account for that will fail in week six no matter how good the platform is.
